How is high risk persistence determined?
Answer 4-7: High risk persistence is determined through one of two options. The first option is an unacceptable number of noncompliances over an identified time period. The second option is an unacceptable percentage of noncompliance at a predetermined review period. Please see the ERCB Persistent Noncompliance Framework and the Persistence Criteria by Compliance Category on the ERCB website.
