How is HeadHunter Health Exchange different from other portals on the market?
We are different from other recruitment portals in a few important ways: First, we are healthcare specific providing a unique web-based portal for healthcare employers and recruiters. Second, every candidate you submit remains your intellectual property. With other portals, a candidate’s information becomes the portal’s intellectual property once a defined amount of time elapses (for example, six months). We fundamentally disagree with this approach. The candidate is and always will be your intellectual property. In addition, the most exciting difference between HeadHunter Health Exchange and the competition is our ability to help recruiters earn passive income. With every candidate you submit to job positions through our portal, you have the ability to “queue” that candidate. Once queued, you will be sent a notification email (referred to as “Match Making”) alerting you of a new position every time an Employer submits a job opening that matches the candidate’s qualifications.
