How is handmade soap different from commercial soap?

0

Our soap is handmade using the cold kettle or cold process method. This old fashioned method of soap making creates and retains glycerin, which helps to moisturize your skin. You won’t have that dry, itchy feeling you get from using commercial soaps. We do not use any animal or petroleum by products. During commercial continuous process soap making, the glycerin is removed, and sold separately. Commercial soap contains animal and petroleum based ingredients, and is actually considered a detergent and not a soap. We just know that your skin will notice the difference immediately.
