How is graduate credit completed at another institution evaluated for my degree at SIUE?
Graduate students must request that prior credit be reviewed for applicability toward a graduate program. Request that an official transcript from the other institution be mailed directly to SIUE, Registrar’s Office, Campus Box 1047, Edwardsville, IL, 62026. Submit the Graduate Student Request Form at www.siue.edu/graduate/current/pdf/GSRForm_fillable.pdf to your graduate adviser for review. The form will then be forwarded to Graduate Records for review and you and the department will be notified of the results.
