How is GirlFit different from the regular CrossFit Prime program?
Besides the obvious, that GirlFit Prime classes are led by a Woman and only include women, there are a few things. Mainly, GirlFit does not include some of the olympic lifting movements. We understand that not every women is looking to learn olympic lifts or overhead squat 2x their body weight. In saying that, we don’t shy away from teaching empowering movements that get you stonger, healthier, and leaner. GirlFit has a little more emphasis on plyo-metrics, body weight exercises and conditioning, but certain strength movements are too important for anyone’s health, function, and body composition goals for us to avoid. We can say that the GirlFit program will get you in the best shape of your life, just like CrossFit!
