How is funding provided to successful applicants?
For a contribution agreement, a conditional transfer payment is made to an organization for the accepted proposal’s specified purpose. The conditions of the transfer payment are defined in the contribution agreement. For a grant, an unconditional transfer payment is made. This is not subject to auditing, but eligibility and entitlement will be verified prior to the transfer payment.
