How is food ordered?
Once inside the theater a server will allow you time to review the menu then arrive to take your order. Please be aware that unlike most restaurants where they have you wait to be seated and they stagger the wait staff’s tables they are responsible for, all of our guests are seated within 30 minutes of each other. On Friday and Saturday evenings that means over 100 orders go into the kitchen within a 30-minute time frame. Our staff works hard to get your order to you quickly but on the weekends your order may arrive 30 to 45 minutes after the start of the movie. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Once your order arrives your server will periodically check back with you, however they will limit their interruptions so as not to distract you from the movie.
