It is a permanent installation created in a building dedicated to housing the supercomputer in a climate controlled environment. It cost $5.2 Million Dollars to build. Like all big iron computers, it’s tightly controlled, centrally managed and out of the reach of ordinary folks. FlashMob is temporary, installed in a gyms and the costs are mostly the time and energy of the participants.
