How is fishing after a windy rain storm? Say a day after?

Well, it was a day after a windy rain storm and I tried my luck float tubing Belmont Shores. I had a total of zero bites which means zero fish. Kiyo I got nothing also. The First Rule kicked in again. I’m not too surprised however as this often happens the day after a storm with a lot of wind.
