How is EWB governed?
EWB is governed by our board of directors, which consists of elected and appointed individuals. All directors are confirmed by our membership at our annual general meeting. The directors appoint the CEO (or in this case Co-CEOs) of the organisation, who are in charge of building the management team and undertaking EWB’s day to day activities. The board meets with the management team periodically to review operations, provide financial oversight, set strategy and offer support. As a chapter member, your voice is represented by two elected directors from the membership who are elected for 2 year terms. A full list of our board members is available on our website.
