How is end-position adjustment facilitated with the Copar?

0

The Copar DRD/DRE series includes a semi-rotary actuator variant with end-position adjustment, namely the DRD-xx-Fxx-O. Both the external end-position (cap screw against the piston) and the internal end-position (piston screw against the shaft) can be adjusted with this variant. The internal end-position is adjusted first. The external screws are removed to this end, and a hex wrench is inserted through the opening in the cap. The hex wrench can then be used to turn the hex socket screw for internal end-position adjustment. The external end-position screws are then turned in the cap and adjusted. The lock nut must then be tightened in order to prevent the screws from becoming maladjusted. Finally, the protective caps are fitted.
