How is education an agent of socialization?
The only conservative arguments I can think of against the federal Department of Education don’t really have anything to do with socialism, though, except, again, for those people who think of the post office as a social program. The DoE is a bureaucracy that is inefficient and wastes money. And, in the Endtimes, it could potentially be a tool for the Antichrist to spread the mark of the beast.
