How is Easy Bill & Route different than other programs?
High-level programs have many features that are required for large operations but are not necessarily needed when running two to five trucks. For examle, fleet maintenance, a dispatch scheduling system, interfaces to onboard scales, tracking invoices, and the ability to customize reports are all valuable but are not completely necessary in performing the functions of tracking services, getting out the bills, or answering customer questions. And in these areas (tracking services, getting out bills, answering customer questions), Easy Bill & Route is as good or better (and easier to use) than most high-level software. What type of computer is required? There is no special equipment needed to run Easy Bill & Route. It will run on any standard PC that is able to run Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows 98. Most Windows 95 computers will also be able to run Easy Bill & Route.
