How is Distance Learning (DL) different from a traditional classroom setting?
DL provides flexibility and convenience for students to access courses via an Internet connection at any time. There are no physical classrooms for lectures, set meeting days or times or in-class exams. There are weekly postings and other course assignments, with deadlines, but no in-person meetings or mandatory real-time chat sessions.
