It’s very slow. There is development in Lancaster County, but the banking sector is very tough right now. It’s just the market. All the developers have an inventory of houses, so they’re not doing a lot of development. The housing sector affects so much else. Has that affected your firm? Yes. We’re involved in other projects in Lancaster. We have the museum condominiums project downtown. A lot of people want to live downtown, but they’re having trouble selling their homes. Many of these folks have homes over $300,000, and that sector has been slow. It’s starting to pick up, though. Are there signs the economy is rebounding?
