How is data archived/purged in order to keep database files manageable?
The user can manually archive selective database information/records to an archive database and then purge the archived records from the active database. PS Software Solutions is currently creating an archiving feature that will automate the task of selectively archiving all data (i.e. invoicing, correspondence, transmittals, travel logs, etc) associated with an inactive project.
