Sun offers interoperability support via the SunVIP Interop Support feature of its SunSpectrum support plans. And, leverages its membership in the Technical Support Alliance Network (TSANet) to collaborate with other vendors, including HP. TSANet is a non-profit, vendor-neutral, alliance community that promotes cooperative technical support between its members. It provides a structure and processes that allow Sun and other vendors to provide seamless support for a mutual customer’s solution.
