Sun offers a spectrum of support services for mission critical deployment. TSANet is a non-profit, vendor-neutral, support alliance community that allows for cooperative support between its members. Sun is a member of TSANet. TSANet will facilitate the call transfer between Sun and the vendor. Additional information on TSANet is available on www.tsanet.org. As part of the program, Sun and the vendor will jointly support the configuration available on sun.com/software/cluster/ohp.
