How is credentialing and experience for nursing or allied services ensured?
HRN Services Inc. substantiates evidence of programs with records of continuing education units, certificates or other documents presented with satisfactory completion. Continuing competence, content and capability offered relevant to the setting, level and type of knowledge appropriate to demonstrate age specific competence is reflected in competency. All licensed employees provide evidence of current licensure in states of practice and annual review of HRN and The Joint Commission Standards, Health Clearance and appropriate Department of Health Services, OSHA and other regulatory requirements are demonstrated.
