IPVPN is available nationally and so connectivity from customer sites to the IPVPN nodes is provided using a combination of Telewest and BT tail circuits. BT circuits are available from 64Kbps to 155 Mbps. Telewest circuits are available from 2 Mbps to 155 Mbps. 155 Mbps circuits, whether BT or Telewest, need special planning and are costed on a per customer basis. Lead times can vary depending on whether fibre has to be pulled into a building.
