A personal coach is only successful if you are successful in achieving your dreams. They are 100% vested in you reaching your goals. While friends and family may support you in your dreams, on some level they are also vested in you staying the same. Often very innocently, they can sabotage your dreams simply because of their own subconscious fears and doubts.
