This litigation began in April 2005. Since then, Class Counsel have worked on the case on an entirely contingent basis. On July 9, 2007 the Court awarded Class Counsel their lodestar (hours expended times hourly rate) multiplied by 1.75. The Court also awarded reimbursement of Class Counsel’s expenses in connection with this case.
