How is Citys Cultural Leadership programme different from programmes such as the Clore Leadership Programme?
City’s programme is different in a number of ways: • the Cultural Leadership Programme is an accredited postgraduate programme within a university framework, combining theory and practice within the work-based learning framework, participants can continue to work full-time, attending intensive monthly 2-day workshops • the work-based learning framework is also designed to ensure that new skills and knowledge can be taken back to the workplace, so that organisations – as well as individual participants – benefit • City will be delivering strategic management tools within the framework of the programme rather than through attendance on other short courses
