How is Christ Community Church governed?
While we believe that Jesus Christ is the head of the Church, a Board of Elders leads the Church. They cast a vision for the Church and make broad policy that governs the operation of the Church. The Church staff is co-led by an Executive Pastor for Ministry and an Executive Pastor for Administration. They are charged with enacting ministries that bring the vision into being while operating within the broad policy guidelines.
