How is Chatbar different from traditional IM?
Chatbar uses new technology to let you do a whole lot more with Instant Messaging (IM). Instant messages from PCs (as well as emails) can now be received and easily responded to by any cell phone in the world. It also enables your cell phone to initiate conversations with contacts currently online on IM programmes. This means that people without computers can communicate with you instantly and cheaply. In addition, it allows instant messaging conversations on your PC to “Follow” you to your mobile phone when you log off. Chatbar means complete flexibility and convenience between PC and cell phone. It is not an IM replacement. It is a complement to the IM experience.
