How is Campus Civitan different from Circle K and Rotaract?
Campus Civitan is actually very similar to Circle K and Rotaract in the fact that we are all service organizations. Our differences lie mostly in the types of programs that we promote within our organizations and the type of projects that our clubs undertake on a local level. Since this is a new club, it’s up to us to make sure that our projects will serve the community’s needs in the best way possible. On many campuses, it has proven beneficial to have a number of community service organizations. It can provide for healthy competition between the groups, which will push each other to better itself. More importantly, it provides excellent opportunities for these clubs to do joint activities in order to undertake really large projects.
