A. CAI is not a PPO. Instead, CAI is a PPO integrator and administrator, providing clients with access to over 100 PPOs nationwide, including repricing services. CAI provides the interface with PPOs and the providers on behalf of its clients. Additionally, CAI provides negotiation services on out-of-network medical bills.
