How is Butter Buds used?
Butter Buds Sprinkles and Mix are ideal as a topping for warm, moist foods such as potatoes, vegetables, pasta, rice and hot cereal. Both forms may also be substituted for butter, margarine or oil as an ingredient in low fat cooking and baking. • What is the shelf life of Butter Buds? Butter Buds has a shelf life of approximately three years when stored under cool and dry conditions. Once Butter Buds Mix is liquefied, it remains fresh in the refrigerator for up to three days. To keep Butter Buds Sprinkles free flowing make sure to close the top tightly and keep in a dry environment. • Is Butter Buds kosher? Yes. Butter Buds is considered kosher by the Union of Orthodox Rabbis.It is not parve due to the fact that it contains dehydrated butter. • Are Butter Buds Mix and Sprinkles interchangeable?
