Last winter our American properties experienced their highest occupancy levels in the last eight to 10 years. Our Turks & Caicos property has been doing extremely well, after undergoing a complete renovation of the entire village, including upgrading all guest rooms. Columbus Isle in the Bahamas has also been very successful and is completely new as well, having been redone after suffering from hurricane damage in the last few years. Club Med Buccaneers Creek in Martinique, which marks our most recently opened property in North America, reached 87 percent occupancy in its first season; this is the highest level of occupancy of any of our non-ski villages worldwide, and approximately 15 percent of those guests are Americans. But the high occupancy levels are, in part, due to the fact that we opened with only 50 percent of our room inventory available.
