HOW IS BSO?
An easy-to-find and simple-to-use survey now allows citizens to tell Sheriff Al Lamberti what they think of the Broward Sheriff’s Office and how the agency is protecting and serving the people of Broward County. The Citizen Opinion Survey is prominently featured on the sheriff’s home page at www.sheriff.org One mouse click on the highlighted words “complete this survey” opens the brief questionnaire. Five questions have multiple choice pulled-down answers and ask whether the person has had contact with BSO, whether they have been a victim of crime, how they would rate BSO, the competency of BSO staff and the attitude of deputies, and whether they feel safe living in Broward County. Respondents can type in recommendations or suggestions, if they choose, then they are asked a few demographic questions that are also formatted with intuitive pull-down tabs.
