How is brandchannel best viewed?
Our site is best viewed using the following software: Internet Explorer version 5.0 or above Shockwave plugin version 5.0 or above Flash plugin version 5.0 or above screen resolution: 19″ to 21″ monitor best viewed at 1024 x 768 (85Hz) resolution 19″ or under monitor best viewed at 800 x 600 (85Hz) resolution If you are still having problems viewing brandchannel, please email webmaster@brandchannel.com. Why can’t I view a paper? All of our papers are viewable in one of three ways. 1) On our site, we host the article and you access it through a link to a brandchannel page. 2) On another site, the link from brandchannel opens another website which contains the article. 3) As a PDF download. #3 is the one that causes problems for most of our readers. You must be certain that your computer has a PDF viewing program such as Adobe Acrobat.
