How is BJ Services preparing for the demographic changes that are taking place within the industry?
About 36 years old. I don’t think BJ is significantly different than other service companies from that standpoint. I think in the future the average age of our employees will drop some. That could be a scary thing if you let it be a scary thing, but it is not necessarily a bad thing. It means that we will be able to offer great career advancement opportunities for the young people we are hiring and that they will be able to move into supervisory and management positions while they are still early in their career. I think that will make the service company an attractive place to land.
