How is billing done by Psych Pal?
Our future version will integrate with clearing houses. But for now, it has the “Billing Charges” page. It reports all the services that you have rendered in a day. It displays the Insurance information, CPT Codes, Diagnosis, etc. You can use this information to send to your biller or you can enter it directly to the insurance company’s website for direct billing. Every note you create will display the list of all CPT codes specific to the patient’s insurance. Some can be set as default. But you can check any that applies to the service you rendered.
