To help insure a successful school experience, we have the following classroom rules and consequences when those rules are broken: Rules (Class Constitution): 1. Listen to the teachers 2. Use appropriate voice level Consequences: 1st Offense Fill out a 1st offense form stating what rule was broken and what will be done to correct it. 2nd Offense Fill out a 2nd offense form stating what rule was broken and what will be done to correct it. 3rd Offense The student will have two choices. One will be to fill out a 3rd offense form stating what rule was broken and what will be done to correct it, then having that form taken home and signed by a parent.
