How is ATCs Micro-Flow Technology different than other existing leak & flow testing methods?

0

The biggest difference between ATC’s Micro-Flow Technology (How Does it Work) and other common methods is that our instruments offer: • Higher sensitivity compared to any other air test methods, simillar to tracer gas methods. • Very repeatable, operator independent test method. • Simpler, using air, and less expensive compared to tracer gas (helium, hydrogen) methods. • Directly measures the flow of AIR through the test part, resulting in a more accurate measurement. • Stable measurement, environmental temperature changes have little or no effect . • No drift due to variable helium concentration in the air (or other tracer gases). • Frequent calibration is not required. • Measurement is not volume sensitive. See common leak test methods.
