Completion of the IFA application does not constitute an application for the Permanent School Fund (PSF) Bond Guarantee Program. Districts must make a separate application for the PSF Bond Guarantee Program. Rules and forms for the program may be found at: http://www.tea.state.tx.us/school.finance/bond.
