How Is Apple Cider Vinegar Used?
The standard dose for using ACV is two teaspoons three times daily. While many people enjoy taking each dose in a full glass of water (eight ounces), apple cider vinegar is most effective as a digestive tonic when taken in a more concentrated form. For those individuals that wish to address severe chronic conditions, the maximum effective dose is considered to be two tablespoonfuls of apple cider vinegar, three times a day.
