An experience rating modification is applied to a worker’s compensation policy as of the Anniversary Rating Date established for an employer. When an experience rating modification is published, copies of the rating worksheet are sent to the insurer on record with the Bureau and to the employer. The insurance company is responsible for endorsing the policy to reflect the application of the experience rating modification.

Effective January 1, 2011, the WCRB will stop mailing worksheets to the insurers. The insurers will be required go to the WCRB Experience Rating Worksheet Members application found on the WCRB Web site or visit the ACCCT Web site and go to the Experience Rating Worksheet application found there.
