How is an electronic vs physical product delivery decision made by the Workspace? And, do I select new delivery choices for software license documents?
All eDelivery SKUs will be identified by an item attribute. The default for all eDelivery items, except the L-product, is physical. During order entry, the Workspace displays a radio button for selection of ‘Delivery Method.’ Once you add the software license document SKU to your order, select either electronic or physical delivery. The SKUs that begin with ‘L’ will continue to be delivered electronically.
