The match is created by the baby’s parent(s). Based on information expectant and adoptive parents answered similarly, the expectant parents will be provided with several profiles for review. After considering each profile they will then decide if they want to talk with a few adoptive families, or they might decide they’ve found the one family that is perfect for their baby.
