A1: The City of Wylie has annexed some of the parks, these parks have a city ordinance prohibiting alcohol in the parks. The parks affected by this ordinance are East Fork, Avalon, Lavonia, Mallard, Little Ridge and Pebble Beach. A2: Operators of watercraft are subject to the same laws as people who drink while driving a car.
