To begin the process, a Michigan licensed law enforcement officer must submit an application. Application documents are available on the MCOLES Web site at www.michigan.gov/mcoles. Links from the home page take the applicant to basic information about the process, instructions for completing the application, the MCOLES Network Security Policy, and the Law Enforcement Officer Access Agreement form. Applications will be reviewed and verified by MCOLES before a user ID and temporary password are generated. Each applicant will be notified, in writing, when his/her access has been granted. Please allow 10 business days from the date your request is received by MCOLES for processing. Incomplete packets will not be processed. What access will be granted?
