A: A 20moa base is a scope base with a forward sloping angle built in that allows you to zero your scope at 100yds without wasting your elevation travel in your scope. • Q: Do I need a 20moa base? A: It depends on how far you plan to shoot, but I would recommend a 20moa base over a flat base. With a 20moa base you can comfortably get a 100yd zero and you will have 20moa more adjustment to use in your scope. • Q: How do you install a base and what Torque specs do you recommend base screws?
