Different companies have different standards to their remanufacturing process. At ATM Laser Products, each of our toner cartridges produced adhere to the following process: Only OEM or All American Toner cartridge casings are used. Because we can not guarantee that other remanufacturing facilities use the same scrutiny as we do, we do not use their empties in our process. Instead, we ship those empties to other facilities that do not have that requirement. The cartridge casing is disassembled and thoroughly cleaned before reassembly. All parts are inspected and replaced as necessary. A new or certified OPC drum is installed in every cartridge to ensure optimum performance and yields. Cartridges are filled with custom blended toner that is chemically designed to match that of the OEM toner specifications. Gram weights of the toner used are always as much or more than that of the OEM cartridges. All of our cartridges contain a micro chip that enables the remanufactured cartridge to funct
