How is a Sphere different than a Networking or Referral Group?

0

Sphere’s are like networking groups on Steroids. The biggest benefit is the quality of the professional in the Sphere. Entering a Sphere requires unanimous approval from everybody else. Each Sphere member must answer “yes” to this question before a person is allowed in. “Is the person accountable to their clients and their business?” And everybody needs to answer that way – even you. We liken a Sphere to a company. You run the Sphere as you want, knowing full well that if you don’t uphold high quality the Sphere will eventually fail. Other big differences are that we don’t require you to hold weekly breakfast or lunch meetings. Because a Sphere is like a company we do recommend that you find times to hold your own meetings to ensure the strength and quality of the Sphere. There are a boatload of other differences. We urge you to contact one of the Total Accountability BDMs or speak with one of the Coordinators on another Sphere.
