How is a prorated reimbursement processed?

The CDE is required to delay processing all reimbursements until after the deadline date for applications. All applications are reviewed and if the state has sufficient funds available, schools will be funded at the full amount. However, if the demand exceeds the amount of funds available, the CDE will disburse the available funds among all applicants proportionate to the number of eligible students.
