How is a Named Non-Owner policy rated?

Refer to Rule 45 in the TAIPA Rules and Rating Manual for non owner classifications and complete Item 5, “Non-Owner Policy” on the non EASi private passenger application or item 9 of the EASi private passenger application. Answer all the questions completely. The classifications N2 through N8 are modified by a percentage applied to the class 3 rate. If the insured is excluded from the household policy or the owner of household vehicles has no insurance on the auto(s), rate the policy as if the non-owner operator owns the automobile.
