How is a headshot session different from a modeling or full portrait session?
Our typical headshot package includes your sitting and 30-40 images to choose from. You also receive online posting of your images, and 2 8×10’s of your image choice. We would be happy to consult with you on the best image(s) for your particular needs. Multiple poses will be used, with primarily the head and shoulders being visible. We concentrate on your eyes for this type of portrait work. In the past, headshots were almost exclusively in black and white; however, this is changing in some industries. To stay fresh and contemporary, Laura continually studies current headshot portraiture coming out of New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
