How is a FAR Infrared Sauna different from other saunas?
Regular saunas heat the skin superficially with a high wattage heater, causing opening of the sweat glands and allowing excess water to escape. The 180-degree-plus heat of the air in the sauna room heats up your lungs very quickly and shocks the body.
