How is a child assessed through verification by a visiting teacher?
Visiting teachers can use a combination of methods to verify adequate progress. “Verification by a visiting teacher” may include standardized testing, a review of portfolio work, informal evaluations and/or direct instruction. The best combination is worked out between the parent and the visiting teacher.
